Fantail Goldfish On Mother Of Pearl Pendant

18ct yellow and white gold diamond, pearl and mother of pearl pendant featuring a stylized fantail goldfish which has been enameled with orange hard enamel (note not acrylic) which has raised white gold trim to the fins to simulate the movement of water over a mother of pearl hand cut backdrop; encrusted with a combination of white and natural red cognac Argyle diamonds, hand selected for the distinctive red hues; around the outer edge a fine ribbon of 18ct yellow gold secures the mother of pearl and is trimmed with white and yellow gold ribbons to symbolize the surface of the water, with the 2 Keshi pearls and a cultured pearl representing flotsam.

Diamond List:  25 round brilliant white diamonds equaling 89pts are principally chenier set around the frame and embedded in the mother of pearl; along with 6 x natural red cognac diamonds equaling 20pts, largely embedded in the mother of pearl, and a 40pt green colour enhanced princess cut diamond, claw set and a 4pt princess cut white diamond, claw set amongst the scroll swirls of the wire.

This is a totally unique and completely handcrafted sculpture created by Paul Amey requiring 140 hours of design and craftsmanship to achieve. Total dimensions of the piece are 70mm x 54mm.
